Buckle & boots have announced their line-up for 2023 – headlined by Everette, featuring performances from Jessie G, Josh Setterfield and Matt Hodges.

Buckle Boots 2023

Buckle & Boots are delighted to welcome Everette to Whitebottom Farm, as they headline the 2023 festival. UK country fans will be familiar with the Kentucky born duo who wowed audiences at C2C, The Long Road Festival and when they opened for Sara Evans on her recent UK Tour. Rooted in country, rock & roll, southern storytelling, and heartland hooks, Everette proudly blur the boundaries between themselves and their audience. For them, music is all about community and connection which sits perfectly with B&B’s ethos and why they are sure to be warmly embraced by everyone attending.

Following the tradition of presenting Canadian country stars such as Brett Kissel (2019), Tebey (2021), Matt Lang & Dan Davidson (2022), this year’s line-up includes Aaron Goodvin from the Land of the Maple Leaf. The Alberta-bred, Nashville-based country music star has topped the charts, produced a number one single and had several top 10s. Additionally he scored multiple CCMA and JUNO Award wins and nominations, most notably winning the 2018 CCMA Songwriter of the Year. Additionally, he has had songwriter cuts by Luke Bryan, Jon Pardi, Cole Swindell, and Josh Gracin.

Josh Setterfield’s ground-breaking single ‘Right About Now’ has accrued over 1 million streams and propelled him towards the heights of country music in his native Australia. Backed by a loyal and rapidly growing fan base, back-to-back #1’s on CMT, global playlisting and radio play, he is raising the bar with every release and performance.

There will be a special songwriters round on display as D. Vincent Williams (Rascal Flatts, James Otto, Ty Herndon), Trick Savage (Trisha Yearwood, Ashley McBryde, Eric Church) and Blue Foley (Ashley McBryde) roll into the farm for their UK debut. Having written for some of the biggest talent in Nashville it’s sure to be a jewel in the line-up.

Buckle & Boots attendees favourite Jeremy McComb returns for 2023, building on his recent UK Tour with Dan Olsen (who is also on the billing) in November. America continues to be well represented with Nashville recording artists The Reeves Brothers, Jessie G and Watt Wynn all performing under the Stars & Stripes flag along with Minneapolis based singer-songwriter Chastity Brown. Dutch songstress Deborah Parlor makes up the international contingent.

Buckle & Boots will once more welcome some of the best UK talent to their stages this summer with Katy Hurt, Matt Hodges and Two Ways Home all making an appearance. They will be joined by the popular country supergroup The Honkytonk Roadshow and a special performance by the newly formed The Country Orchestra.

Offering something different for Thursday the 25th, entertainment comes in the form of Old Time Sailors, a musical show designed to take the audience back in time through an unforgettable trip to the 19th century and beyond.

Full line-up available on the Buckle & Boots social media pages and website.

Full weekend tickets currently on sale starting from just £110 for adults and £55 for 15 and under, with individual day tickets soon to be available. All the details, including camping and glamping info, as well as festival guidelines can be found at http://www.buckleandboots.co.uk

BUCKLE & BOOTS RETURNS MAY 24TH-26TH AT WHITEBOTTOM FARM
Buckle and Boots
Following 3 hugely successful festivals to date and a continuous growth in popularity, Manchester’s country music festival, Buckle & Boots, presents another superb line-up for 2019, taking place May 24th-26th at Whitebottom Farm. Continuing their loyal commitment to supporting homegrown talent, as well as introducing rising stars from across the pond to a UK country fan base, this year once again sees an array of talent from all over the world, including Australia, Canada and the United States.

Buckle & Boots are proud to be bringing William Michael Morgan to the UK for the very first time. His debut single ‘I Met A Girl’ took him to stardom in 2015, hitting #2 on the US country airplay chart, and his subsequent album ‘Vinyl’ received wide-spread critical acclaim. Listed as a
“Country Artist You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone, his infectious brand of traditionally-influenced country music will no doubt capture the hearts of UK listeners, where many have been clamouring for his overseas debut for quite some time.

Canadian country star Brett Kissel will also be making his UK debut at Whitebottom Farm. The 25-year-old singer/songwriter just won a JUNO Award for “Country Album Of The Year” and previously won “Breakthrough Artist Of The Year”, the first country artist to win the coveted award in 17 years. Kissel has also collected 2 Canadian Country Music Association Awards – for “CMT Video of the Year” and “Interactive Artist of the Year”, after racking up 8 nominations. Brett’s last album was co-produced with Mickey Jack Cones (Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Thompson Square, Steven Tyler) and CCMA Award-winner Bart McKay.

South Carolina-born Lewis Brice is another artist making his first trip to the UK. Lewis first grabbed attention back in 2010 with ‘Ordinary Girl’, which resulted in his first appearance on the Mediabase and iTunes Country charts. He appeared in CMT’s first season of ‘Can You Duet’, finishing in the top 10, and he also appeared in the music video for ‘I Drive Your Truck’, 2014’s ACM Song of the Year. Lewis’ debut self-titled EP, which he produced himself, was released in July 2017 and received superb reviews, with Billboard listing him as one of their ‘Country Artists To Watch’. His live show is full of energy, with an infectious catalogue that brings a distinctive groove, narrative lyrics and bluesy soulful singing.

UK fan favourites American Young will be returning for their third appearance at Buckle & Boots with a stack of new music on the way (new single ‘Gonna Be You’ out now!) and will be headlining the Saturday night, following performances from New York artist Jessica Lynn, and Australian powerhouse duo Adam Eckersley & Brooke McClymont. Their Australian tour buddy Blake O’Connor will be performing on the Saturday afternoon, too, following his big win at Tamworth Country Music Festival as the 2019 Toyota Star Maker.

Buckle & Boots will once again be welcoming some of the best homegrown talent from the UK, too. British Country’s ‘Female Vocalist Of The Year’, Jade Helliwell, will be performing, along with multi-award winner Gary Quinn, and ‘People’s Choice’ award winners Kezia Gill and Izzie Walsh, fresh from their hugely successful trip to Australia. The Adelaides will be making their Buckle & Boots debut on the Friday night, and UK fan favourites The Southern Companion will be returning following the release of their critically-acclaimed album ‘Shine A Little Light’. Full line-up available on the Buckle & Boots social media pages and website.

Full weekend tickets available for just £80 for adults and £40 for 15 and under, with individual day tickets also available. All the details, including camping and glamping info, as well as festival guidelines, available at http://www.buckleandboots.co.uk
