BRELAND to Tour the UK and Europe in 2023

Following an astonishing slew of performances at C2C, BRELAND has announced that he will return to the UK for a headline tour later this year.

Bad Realm Records/Atlantic Records/Warner Music Nashville artist BRELAND is set to make his much-anticipated return to the UK and Europe this August and September for his first ever headline THE EXTRA MILE TOUR, with support by labelmate Avery Anna.

The PLATINUM-seller will kick off the run by performing on the main stage at The Long Road Festival in Leicestershire, UK, followed by Heart To Heart Songwriter Series at the end of August throughout Germany. The trek will continue through Europe in early September before rolling into the UK for five dates, including London’s Electric Ballroom on September 9. Tickets for all dates are available 10am (local) to the general public on May 5 and can be purchased here.

Breland Announces Headline London Show

BRELAND has announced his first UK headline show on 21st October – tickets on sale this Friday.

Platinum-certified genre-blending artist BRELAND has announced his first UK headline show and he will be joined by a host of special guests to celebrate the occasion. The BRELAND & Friends show will take place at The Garage, London on October 21^st. Tickets go on sale at 10am Friday 19^th August here.

Of the show BRELAND says, “I haven’t been shy about how playing in London for C2C was my favourite experience as an artist. As soon as I left, I started looking for more opportunities to tap into the UK music scene, setting up interviews and dropping a song with Maisie Peters. I couldn’t be more excited to announce Breland & Friends London – I can already tell it will be an unforgettable night.”

A phenomenal performer, BRELAND stunned UK fans with his standout shows at C2C Festival earlier this year. BRELAND will be bringing his crowd-thrilling live set back to the UK in October, first touring the UK with Russell Dickerson, before finishing with his BRELAND & Friends headline show in London on October 21^st, following the release of his debut album next month.

The first BRELAND & Friends show took place in Nashville in April and proved a star-studded event with appearances from the likes of Nelly, Thomas Rhett, Charles Kelley, Mickey Guyton and more. Fans can expect another stacked line up in London as BRELAND celebrates the release of his debut album with his friends from both sides of the Atlantic.

Breland has teased the anticipated release of his debut album – CROSS COUNTRY – out 9th September, with the release of his new single, out today, ‘Told You I Could Drink,’ featuring Lady A.

Multi-talented artist Breland has teased the release of his highly anticipated debut album CROSS COUNTRY with the drop of the grooving breakup track “Told You I Could Drink” featuring Grammy award-winning trio Lady A. Co-written by Breland, Lady A’s Charles Kelley, and Zachary Manno, the must-hear song is available now across all digital and streaming platforms. “Lady A is one of the groups that introduced me to Country music, so when I finally got in studio with Charles Kelley, I already had a Lady A collab in mind,” explains BRELAND. “The two of us performed ‘Told You I Could Drink’ at BRELAND & Friends at the Ryman in March, and the response we got from the audience was what convinced us to cut the song and put it on my album. I’m so excited for the world to hear what we made.”“Anytime we have a chance to collaborate with BRELAND, you can be sure that we’ll be there,” Lady A’s Hillary Scott said. “When I first heard this song it immediately took me back to high school after a bad breakup, getting lost in an R&B groove.”

The first round of guest artist dates have been announced for the new country musical – May We All – this summer, co-produced by Brian Kelley, the musical will feature a star-studded line-up throughout in the rotating role of Bailey Stone.

As someone that grew up in church and has a faith background, I think it’s really easy to forget where you came from and to think that you did everything on your own, and I’m not someone that believes that. I really feel like a lot of this, if not all of it, has been divinely orchestrated. And so, I’m always praising the Lord for different things that happen, both good and bad, because you learn lessons on both sides. But I think being able to do what I love for a living and not having always been able to do that is something that I’m extremely grateful for. And hopefully what people take away from this song is that regardless, as I say in the pre-chorus, win or lose, praise the Lord. It’s a song about gratitude, being thankful.

BRELAND on Cross Country As a Genre

To me cross country, the genre, I’ve coined the term for it, but I’m by no means the first person to contribute to it by the definition that I have for it, which is just the intersection of country music and all the other genres of music. So people have been making cross country music for decades but now that there’s a term for it, and I think of a project that speaks to it, at least from the perspective that I have, hopefully it inspires a new wave of people who might not have felt like they had anything to contribute to country music, that will be more inspired to make it or people who are already within the country music landscape that reach across the aisle and start playing around with some other sounds. I just think that the collaborative aspect of this is what really makes it powerful and what makes it inclusive and I’m trying to serve as like a cultural bridge in a way.

Breland to Make Opry Debut This Friday

Breland has announced that he will make his debut at The Grand Ole Opry this Friday 5th November.

Having just wrapped dates on Bentley’s Beers on Me tour, Breland has announced that he will make his Grand Ole Opry debut this Friday. The star is set to perform his viral “My Truck” and the track that defines his musical style, “Cross Country,” bringing his signature sound to the stage’s legendary circle. The bucket list invitation comes on the heels of his buzzed-about, SOLDOUT headline show at Nashville’s The High Watt last month.

“The Opry is easily the most iconic venue in music and so many legends have made history on its stage, ” says BRELAND. “To have an opportunity like this so early in my career is an honor, and I can’t wait to soak it all in on Friday.”

Next up, BRELAND will appear at Deana Carter’s 25th anniversary celebration for her 5X Platinum debut DID I SHAVE MY LEGS FOR THIS to be held at the Ryman Auditorium on November 18. The invite to perform was sparked by his cover of Carter’s classic “Strawberry Wine” as part of a recent Spotify’s Singles campaign. Dierks Bentley has teamed up with Breland and Hardy on new single ‘Beers on Me’ out today.

Multi-Platinum singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley delivers his new single “Beers On Me” featuring Breland and HARDY today as the follow up to his recent 20th career No. One hit. The collaboration finds the three trading verses about brushing off a long week with good company. The song lends its name to Bentley’s upcoming BEERS ON ME TOUR that will guarantee “a night of great music, real fan connection and a lot of fun” (Music Row), with specials guests Riley Green and Parker McCollum launching 13th Aug at Salt Lake City, UT’s USANA Amphitheatre. The new summertime jam “Beers On Me” feat. Breland and HARDY is now available at radio and all digital retailers here.

“HARDY threw out this title and I remember immediately thinking, ‘I wish I could buy all my fans a beer.’ After the year we’ve all had, it would be nice to get the first round and say, ‘Hey, we all got some problems but we’re going to forget about them for a little while…the beers are on me,’” Bentley said. “I came back to Nashville to record the song and came across an article about Breland in the Nashville Scene. I got his number and he came in the next day and wrote and sang the third verse. It was truly an organic collaboration and I couldn’t be more proud to have him and HARDY on this song with me.”

Known as a “one of Country music’s most adventurous artists” (Billboard), Bentley’s new single “Beers On Me” was started on a writers’ retreat in Telluride over quarantine and finished back in Nashville with both Breland and HARDY contributing as writers. The track was produced by Bentley and Ross Copperman.

Bad Realm Records / Atlantic Records breakout talent BRELAND has released a personal and powerful version of his track “Cross Country” – a brand-new rendition featuring GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter Mickey Guyton, out today. The autobiographical track resonates with each of their respective journeys into the spotlight, and comes on the heels of Guyton’s soul-stirring GRAMMY performance.

The star-studded addition of Guyton follows an outpouring of praise for “Cross Country” since its release on February 26. Named a “Song You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone claiming “It’s the kind of emotive storytelling country music was built on”, the song was lauded by The New York Times’ “The Playlist” as “pop-friendly, crisply melodic, tender” and “something of a rebuke, especially to those who might still be inclined to police country music’s borders.” Billboard noted BRELAND’s ability to showcase “a totally different side — and his enchanting singing voice” in their “First Country” compilation of the best new Country songs, while NPR featured it on their New Music Friday playlist.
